Simple reminders for meditations... Focus on hydration. Always drink your water. Think of water as clarity. Intuition... smooth as the waves when they are calm. Inner peace is a tool that we don't master enough. Daily hustle and bustle of life breaks away our inner needs. We get to settle into satisfying the outside upkeep. Redemption is a state of mind, it comes a personal inner peace. BALANCE is protection in all that you do. We don't have all the answers, but in life we get clues. Natives taught this to you, Africans taught it to you, Egyptians taught it to you. It was the stars as the guides, the trees that bared our breathing, the grass and dirt that produced our fruit. 3. Inhale, Exhale. Depending upon timing you have. Usually 5-10 cycles of inhale exhales each.
4. Be honest/with self and Universe. Allow yourself to be vulnerable it's just you and the elements. Open up to all that was before you that operated on love and light to be a part of your experience in the now. I learned the hard way. Meditation without practice and understanding for what you are seeking can be hard and overwhelming. But, even still rewarding.
